OPPORTUNITY:  Expeditor   As a member of the Culinary team, the Expeditor will help lead dinner service by conducting and directing the dishes out to the dining room. They will ensure that an elevated guest experience directly evoking a sense of place is achieved. Core responsibilities include; setting up & organizing the kitchen pass, and woodgrill, readying and necessary equipment for service. Managing dietary restrictions and any/all check modifications. Providing optimal department efficiency by working with the team while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
