Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay, while servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards.
Essential Functions
The following are specific contributions that must be developed during the training program in order to successful complete the program and be placed in a hotel:
- Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure.
- Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis.
- Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition. If repairs are needed, inform the Engineering Staff.
- Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items.
- Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items in order to complete rounds
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.

The Engineer (HVACR) will perform Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration preventative and repair maintenance duties for the property.
