Job Title: Bar & Café Attendant (Sangria/Spritz Bar + Coffee Service)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Bar & Café Attendant to join our team. This role blends bartending, barista service, and light food service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming space while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and batch house beverages, including sangria and spritz selections, during designated prep time
• Provide bartending service focused on wine, sangria, and spritz offerings
• Operate POS system to process guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve gelato using a capsule-style system (similar to Nespresso)
• Deliver high-quality coffee and espresso beverages as part of barista service
• Serve light bites such as oysters, shrimp, olives, and focaccia with proper presentation and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, café, and service areas at all times
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, stocking, and cleaning
• Ensure a positive guest experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in bartending, barista, or food service preferred
• Comfortable handling multiple service functions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Basic knowledge of wine and cocktails (or willingness to learn)
• Ability to operate POS systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with coffee/espresso machines
• Familiarity with food safety and handling practices
• Interest in hospitality, food, and beverage trends
