Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Lead all housekeeping functions to ensure consistently high standards across guest rooms and shared spaces
  • Maintain a pristine and well-organized environment throughout the property

Guest Experience

  • Support the delivery of personalized guest experiences through attention to detail and service readiness
  • Anticipate guest needs and ensure spaces are prepared accordingly

Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

Collaboration

  • Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Support efficient communication and service delivery across teams

Financial Oversight

  • Manage departmental resources, including labor and inventory
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Compliance & Safety

  • Uphold all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in housekeeping within a luxury or high-end environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
