Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Lead all housekeeping functions to ensure consistently high standards across guest rooms and shared spaces
- Maintain a pristine and well-organized environment throughout the property
Guest Experience
- Support the delivery of personalized guest experiences through attention to detail and service readiness
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure spaces are prepared accordingly
Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

Collaboration
- Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless daily operations

Financial Oversight
- Manage departmental resources, including labor and inventory
