Opportunity: PM Housekeeping Coordinator

Coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet company and brand standards for cleanliness, organization, and maintenance. Support staff scheduling, monitor room status, manage supplies and linens, and assist with inspections and guest requests to ensure efficient operations and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions

• Respond promptly to guest calls and requests, ensuring a high level of service.
• Assist with daily operations and staffing coordination in the absence of management.
• Sort, count, pre-treat, fold, and distribute linens according to standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to service improvement efforts.
• Verify room availability and maintain accurate room status updates.
• Prepare daily assignments for room attendants and monitor progress and productivity.
• Conduct inspections and property walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate supplies and manage lost and found in accordance with company procedures.
• Complete reports and update operational information using computer systems.
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures, ensuring all tasks, reports, and housekeeping operations are completed and accurate.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn company systems.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends or alternate shifts.
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, kneeling and bending.
• Operate heavy machinery and use cleaning chemicals.
