Opportunity: Regional Vice President of Operations
This is a highly visible role responsible for operational leadership across a competitive and fast-paced market. The Regional Vice President will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations and will travel regularly to properties across the Orlando region and corporate offices.

Your Focus
Provide strategic operational leadership across a multi-segment Orlando portfolio including branded and independent hotels aligned with major brand families such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG.
Partner with regional revenue, sales, and marketing leaders to maximize market share, optimize profitability, and exceed owner expectations in a high-volume destination market.
Support and influence property leadership in achieving RevPAR growth, operating margin expansion, and balanced scorecard performance.
Lead execution of strategic business plans, asset management strategies, and capital planning specific to large-format hotels and resorts.
Develop high-performing General Managers and Area Directors through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
Oversee operational excellence through labor management, service delivery, F&B leadership, and quality assurance programs.
Cultivate strong owner and asset manager relationships, acting as a trusted operational advisor.
Leverage market intelligence and competitive insights unique to Central Florida to position the portfolio for sustained advantage.
Ensure brand compliance and uphold HHM Hotels’ operational standards and culture across diverse property types.
Communicate portfolio strategies and results to senior leadership with clarity and business acumen.
Travel regularly to hotels and corporate offices to support property leaders, reviews, and portfolio initiatives.
Your Background and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 8–10 years of senior regional or above-property operational leadership with responsibility for multi-property hotel portfolios.
Must have experience operating in the Orlando or broader Central Florida market.
Demonstrated success leading full service/resort hotels over 500 rooms in high-demand markets.
Proven ability to manage owner expectations and collaborate with asset managers.
Strong financial acumen, including P&L oversight, labor productivity, and cost controls.
Track record of elevating service culture, operational performance, and leadership bench strength.
Multi-brand experience is required
