Hotel Landy is Orlando’s newest full-service Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel, where creativity meets hospitality. We’re looking for a Sales & Catering Coordinator who thrives on connection, precision, and follow-through. If you love details, relationships, and seeing your work come to life in unforgettable guest experiences, we want you on our team.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the sales and catering team in driving revenue and ensure every event or group experience runs smoothly from proposal to post-stay review. This is a vital role that bridges sales, service, and operations to make sure every client feels like our only client.

 

Your Focus:

  • Relationship Builder: Cultivate meaningful connections with clients, partners, and internal teams to make Hotel Landy the go-to choice for meetings, events, and group stays.
  • Organizational Pro: Master systems and processes (Delphi, CI/TY, etc.) that keep our sales and catering engine humming.
  • Creative Collaborator: Partner with Sales Managers and the Events team to craft unique, value-driven experiences that showcase the hotel’s spaces and amenities.
  • Customer Service Star: Deliver top-tier communication and service, exceeding expectations at every stage of the client journey.
  • Closer: Confidently articulate Landy’s value and help negotiate terms that satisfy both client goals and hotel objectives.
  • Supportive Partner: Be the team’s right hand in creating proposals, managing contracts, tracking deposits, and preparing event resumes.

 

What You Bring

  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but energy, organization, and professionalism are the real must-haves.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Delphi or Marriott CI/TY a plus.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to grow within hospitality sales.

 

The Fine Print

  • Schedule includes weekends/holidays based on event demand.
  • Role requires occasional travel between the hotel and client sites.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods.
