Essential Job Functions
- Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
- Coordinate parking logistics, ensuring efficient flow of vehicles and minimizing wait times.
- Ensure the parking area is clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times.
- Monitor parking occupancy and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet demand.
- Enforce hotel parking policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Implement safety protocols for vehicle storage and handling, ensuring the safety of guests' vehicles.
- Load and unload luggage carts.
- Tag and store luggage.
- Escort guests to hotel rooms.
- Provide an overview of guest room, hotel services and amenities.
- Make deliveries to guest rooms.
- Maintain list/brochures of local attractions, transportation guides, churches, sports arenas, etc.
- Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
- High School diploma preferred.
- Previous experience working in a related function in a hotel required.
- Valid drivers license is required.
Work Environment and Context
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching.
