Essential Job Functions

• Assist in creating and updating internal databases and job aids
• Assist in data entry between bank platforms and internal accounting platform
• Assist in manual transaction entry
• Handle valid vendor inquiries timely and completely to ensure a high level of customer service to external customers
• Practice safe work habits
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Position Requirements

• Recent graduate or working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum two years of coursework completed. 

Work Environment and Context

• Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
• Overtime may be required.
