Essential Job Functions
Oversee a cluster of hotels and maximize revenue by selling all facets of the properties to previous, current, and potential clients.
Manage business transient and group opportunities ensuring pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
Actively solicit corporations for inclusion into their hotel travel program through personal calls, site inspections, tele-prospecting/email-prospecting, blitzing, and sales trips to assigned territories.
Negotiate, contract, and monitor account agreements and productivity. Ensure rates committed are competitive and offer the highest yield for the hotel to ensure maximum profitability. This includes annual rate negotiations for renewal of existing accounts and continuous acquisition of new accounts and group business in all terms.
Build and maintain consistent volume from existing corporate accounts and travel agents; maintain good working relationships with corporate travel managers, procurement officers, business travel agents, and other decision makers and influencers.
Participate in trade shows and industry functions as directed.
Create strategic sales action plans that will address the direct need of the segment and the hotel.
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
Perform other duties as requested by management

The compensation range for this role is $85,000 to $90,000 and the determined salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience within the hospitality industry. HHM Hotels offers a competitive salary package that aligns with market standards, with the highest potential earnings observed for candidates with relevant experience.
