Hotel Nia, a vibrant boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Menlo Park, California, is seeking a driven and innovative General Manager to lead and inspire our team. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships within the local community to position Hotel Nia as a valued member of the neighborhood.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization.

Your Background and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of luxury and lifestyle brand positioning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

The compensation range for this role is $225,000.00-$250,000.00 and the determined salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience within the hospitality industry. HHM Hotels offers a competitive salary package that aligns with market standards, with the highest potential earnings observed for candidates with 8 years of relevant experience.
