Opportunity: Executive Vice President of Revenue Optimization

Position Overview: Based in our Philadelphia headquarters and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the EVP of Revenue Optimization will collaborate with the revenue, sales, distribution, marketing, and E-Commerce operations to drive strategy for the organization. The individual will serve as a key strategic partner to HHM Hotels’ executive committee.

Your Background and Skills: The desired candidate will possess a BA/BS in hospitality or business administration (or similar field). This candidate will be a seasoned hotel sales and revenue executive and have significant hospitality experience. They must be capable of performing across all topline areas of the organization with a personal focus on revenue generation, owner relations, budgeting, and forecasting, and financial analysis.
