FIT Reservation Coordinator

Responsible for the full administrative oversight of the wholesale and FIT accounts within a designated portfolio in an effort to achieve guest satisfaction while ensuring all revenue goals are achieved.

Compensation: $25/hr

Essential Job Functions

• Accurately enter all FIT reservations into property management systems for designated portfolio. 
• Participate in and execute the FIT contracting process.
• Ensure revenue maximization by efficient management of the influx of wholesale business for designated portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategic promotions for soft periods in accordance with established revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale/OTA clients.
• Manage the solicitation of all wholesale accounts in designated markets.
• Respond to business proposals and participate in negotiating guaranteed pre-buy contracts.
• Monitor the established competitive set FIT rates to ensure designated hotels are positioned to yield the highest occupancy at a desirable rate.
• Direct site tours of designated properties in order to generate interest from desired clients
• File contracts and legal documents such as direct bill applications, emails, etc.).
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

• 1 year of previous hospitality experience in a related discipline required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related industry preferred.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on holidays and weekends.
• Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
• Occasional travel between hotel and client’s locations required.
