Assist with Contract Management to handle all types of contracts from standard to specific proprietary agreements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review and manage all service contracts.
  • Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms.
  • Monitor action trigger dates and notify properties when action is required.
  • Work with the properties and vendors to establish acceptable contract terms.
  • Initiate contract review by the legal department and ensure contracts are signed by appropriate authorities.
  • Communicate the status of contracts to the properties.
  • Obtain certificates of insurance from vendors.
  • Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts.
  • Maintain organized system of all digital records.
  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
  • Practice safe work habits.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Position Requirements

  • Experience working with Contracts Management Systems/Purchasing
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
  • Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power point, Etc.


Work Environment and Context

  • Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.
