Essential Job Functions

  • Assist parents and guardians in enrollment processes. Manage appropriate enrollment and medical paperwork.
  • Facilitate activities throughout the resort.
  • Offer engaging and hospitable customer service. Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide high level communication with parents and guardians.
  • Maintain stock of items required to complete child activities.
  • Communicate existing medical and dietary needs to property-level associates for planning purposes.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of various schedules and supporting documents as required.
  • Assist with other team activities, communicating both verbally and in writing with other team members and property-level associates.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • GED or high school equivalent.
  • Previous child care experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) required.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules; including holidays, weekends, and evenings.
  • Certification in Child CPR and First Aid required.

Work Environment and Context

  • Requires standing and moving for extended periods.
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
